EE Times is reporting that the wearable-computer company Xybernaut is joining the ranks of scandal-ridden corporate America:
Posted by bug to Wearable Computing at April 22, 2005 3:39 PM | TrackBackMobile and wearable computer hardware vendor Xybernaut Corp. said Wednesday (April 20) it had fired several top-level officers and announced the resignation of its accounting firm after an independent audit revealed widespread management corruption, including the use of company funds for personal expenses and nepotism by the company's CEO.
this sucks! lost a bundle.
but the new BoD seems to have changed things with new leadership. I still feel the company will survive this.
on another note, love your blog, and put up some of your comments from the CFP over on the sousveillance blog.
also will comment on the neuro prosthetics idea and how it relates to that tablet pc system to correlate with prosopagnosia from the perspective of a geriatrician cyborg glogging his experience and episodes of mini strokes within a community.
it seems that sousveillance can be a sustainable business model.
