From some email spam mail I just got:

Hi thisisjusttestletter.
How are you ? Call me.
Poor you, i don't even think how much spam you are recive.
when they can

That makes two of us.

I guess that it is not an ordinary spam but something distributed by a virus or a worm.
Trace it and try to destoy the origins of the worm.
