A lot of ink has been spilled about how Trump told a crowd at Turning Point Action Believers’ Summit “In four years, you don’t have to vote again, we’ll have it fixed so good you’re not going to have to vote.” Given his history it’s understandable when people worry this was a not-so-subtle hint that Trump plans to become a dictator (and not just “on day one”).
But what if we take him at his word that all he meant was after four more years of Trump they’ll be so happy they won’t need anything more? What does a world that makes the “beautiful Christians” that attend these kind of summits say “Yup, that’s pretty much everything I wanted” look like?
